1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase. Please note we do not accommodate Cancellation requests. If an item is unavailable gold industries reserves the right to cancel the order and will provide a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
* Tags, labels, and any protective coverings must be intact.
* Certain products are not eligible for a return.
* An item cannot be returned simply because you do not like the product. *Contact us within [48 hours] i.e. 2 Days of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. Return Shipping
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* If your return is approved for a refund due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
4. Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [15–30 business days].
* Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item:
* Contact us within [48 hours] i.e. 2 Days of delivery with photos of the issue.
* We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.
